Service & Returns How long does my order take? Economy flags and table flags are normally despached within 2 working days. Delivery to the UK is normally 1-2 working days and the ROI is normally 3-4 working days. Dye Printed, sewn, and deluxe table flags are often made to order. We would normally despatch these in around 10 days. Delivery is normally next day for the UK and 3-4 days for the ROI. If you have a specific date requirement please add it to the comments on your order - we will endevour to try and accomodate. What postage is used? We despatch all deliveries to the UK using either Royal Mail or City Link Carrier. Non UK orders are made using Royal Mail Airmail - small packet post where available. Large orders overseas may have to ship via surface mail. We will advise you before shipping should we not be able to send by your choosen method. What taxes do I pay? All products shipped are inclusive of any UK taxation. Please be aware we cannot be responsible for import taxes that your national leaders decide to impose. What if my goods don't arrive? Any goods shipped to UK addresses failing to arrive will be refunded in full (subject to verification with the carrier). If a purchase is made outside of the UK, the onus is on the buyer to check with their local postal service. We will gladly refund the full value should we be unable to verify the goods left the UK. Can I get a refund? Although every effort is made to ensure the goods sent are correct, and in perfect condition, mistakes can occur. On return of the goods in the same condition as sent we will gladly refund the cost of your purchase, If the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied by ourselves we will also refund the cost of return postage. If the goods are not faulty, or we have supplied the correct goods the cost of return postage will be the customers responsibility. Please note that our dye printed, digital printed, and sewn flags are made to order and do not qualify for returns unless faulty. Please be sure you select the correct flag before you order.
