Privicy
By registering with Greens of Gloucestershire you allow us to send you occasional marketing e-mails. We will not supply or sell your details to any third party without your concent. If you prefer we didn't send you details of offers etc please log in to your acount and contact us. Once received we will remove you from our e-mail system. PayPal (Our payment processor have a seperate privicy policy.)

All non flag content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, is the property of Kevin Green and protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The vast majority of technical data, and images have been copied freely from the CIA World Factbook. Local, regional and historical flags have been added by the author (Kevin Green). We welcome suggestions for new entries. Schools and student are free to copy any images you wish to aid you in your studies.

Why do you sell flags I find offensive?
Flags are strong and potent symbols used by many to justify passion for and, or against a belief. It is our belief that everybody has the simple freedom to choose. A flag is neither good nor bad, it cannot imprison people, nor set them free. It can not wage war, nor will it end wars. Yet people are still willing to die for them, kill for them, betray them, respect them, cry for them, rejoice at them, burn them, dress in them, march behind them, and demonstrate for or against them.
A flag is merely a piece of cloth. It doesn't hold political views. This is why we believe the flags themselves are not offensive, even if the beliefs and actions of those who rally to them maybe.
We have our own views but we don't impose them on what you can buy from us and what you can't. As long as it's legal we'll sell it to you. |
